Our van insurance policy is underwritten by the award winning Fortis Insurance. They have been awarded ‘Motor Insurer of the Year’ by the Insurance Times 4 years out of the last 5 and were also winners of ‘2005 Claims Award’.
This is a new insurance policy for commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.
The motor insurance policy covers all the usual covers of a full comprehensive policy but also offer:
Replacement vehicle cover
If your van is off road for inspection or repairs after an accident that you have claimed for, we will provide a replacement vehicle until the vehicle is repaired or we make a write-off settlement.
Unlike a lot of policies, we will give you a complimentary van, rather than a car.
The replacement vehicle will be:
- A car style van, where the vehicle is a light goods vehicle that weighs up to 1.8 tonnes revenue weight
- A panel van where the vehicle is a light goods vehicle that weighs between 1.8 and 3.5 tonnes revenue weight.
