Police in Cleveland are carrying out operation coachman that will be targeting transport that carries children to and from school.
This operation is being led over the next two weeks to ensure that school children are being driven to School in coaches and minibuses that are road worthy.
Operation coachman will be part of a national operation that will be involving police forces across the country with the assistances of the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA).
The operation, which will be running until October 17th is being run in a bid to identify and report road traffic offences and reassure the public that road safety issues are being addressed and that the police are concerned children are being transported to school safely.
