Ford storm the What Van awards

The prestigious commercial vehicle manufacturer Ford has stormed this years What Van? awards by taking home seven of the trophies on offer. Ford is widely known for its commercial vehicles with tens of thousands of them on the roads in the UK alone. In total they won 5 awards for their transit vans, which included best security for the standard Transit and Transit Connect.

Steve Kimber, is Fords commercial vehicle director in Britain and described their success as a "magnificent endorsement". He went on to say: "This success is a testament to the investment we continue to make in developing the workhorse vehicles that British businesses need."

The success Ford has had in What Van? awards is not just a one off as they also took home the prize of light van of the year in this years Association of Car Fleet Operators Fleet Car and Vans Awards.
