Ford release zero emmision van

The vehicle manufacturer Ford is preparing to launch its full electric and hybrid commercial vehicles across Europe by 2013. Ford have announced the release of their electric commercial vehicle in Europe for 2011 and the release of another two hybrid vehicles for 2013. These are the first of their kind to be launched in Europe and amidst Fords current success in America they can predict for a good response.

The Ford Transit Connect Electric is completely powered by an electric battery and has no emissions at all. It is due to be released in the UK by the end of this year and we will see it in the UK before the end of 2011.
