December sees decrease in car production

Car production figures released by the society of motor manufacturers and traders for the month of December reflect the decrease in demand for the number of cards being purchased.

Compared to December 2007 car production fell 47.5 and commercial vehicle production by 56.7.

As a whole, car production fell by 5.7 in 2008.
