Car crash victim awarded compensation

£42,000 has recently been awarded to a man who was injured in a vehicle crash.

He was injured whilst travelling as a rear passenger in a car, which lost control and veered on to the wrong site of the road and causing a head on collision with another vehicle.

The man suffered significant injures, including and injury to the left lobe of his liver, right kidney and right lung. This later resulted in him having to have his kidney removed.
